  • As the client, you ultimately determine the outcome of your treatment. I can give you all the recommendations and realistic goals; however, the optimal results come from your commitment.

I will conduct an in-depth session where we will look at your main health concerns and goals, medical history, lifestyle; diet, sleep and movement to determine how we will move forward with supporting your body. After each session, I provide a detailed protocol specific to YOU that changes over the course of our work together.

  • Yes! My private practice is 100% virtually based. We will primarily communicate through my EMR system, Practice Better, for all telehealth sessions and follow-ups

  • You are responsible for checking with your provider to see if HOLISTIC NUTRITIONIST or NATURAL NUTRITION is covered. In the past, these Insurance Companies have recognized Holistic Nutritionists and allow clients to submit claims to a group plan:

  • Notification must be received 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Less than that will be charged a $50 fee.

  • No, once you have paid and received your program or plan, it is considered a final purchase and no refunds will be issued.
