Growing up, I had an unhealthy relationship with food. When a health concern arose, I never considered nutrition an option to help, so I would usually resort to just pushing through the pain with the hopes that things would get better on their own.
Through my personal health journey of overcoming anxiety, depression, endometriosis, digestive issues, and food allergies, I understand the frustration of feeling unheard and struggling to find answers. I firmly believe that nutrition plays a crucial role in improving our overall well-being and can be a transformative factor in achieving optimal health
