Hi, I’m Tasha.
My first experience of utilizing food as medicine was when my son started suffering from epileptic seizures at 18mos old. Working closely with the seizure clinic at Children’s Hospital, and a nutritionist, we were first introduced to the Ketogenic diet which helped our family live a close to normal life again. Years later when he was diagnosed with ADHD, I was then introduced to the Feingold diet, which again helped our family navigate and manage the road ahead.
I find the benefits of whole food, fascinating. Supplementing with the proper essential vitamins and fueling our bodies with the right food, goes a long way to ensure that we are living a wholesome, healthy, and long life.
Through online support, I like to help individuals like you identify and explore root causes and unhealthy patterns that may be inhibiting your well-being. My focus is on a whole-person approach; considering the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of health. From navigating a nutritious meal plan to balancing the frustrations of peri-menopause, I offer the knowledge and support to help you thrive.
